Cappuccino

 


Originating in Italy, cappuccino is a traditional coffee beverage that is popular all over the world. Steamed milk and a thick coating of milk froth are placed on top of a shot of strong espresso that serves as the base. Essential for giving it a velvety texture, the froth is frequently topped with cinnamon or cocoa powder. Occasionally, baristas use the froth to create cappuccino art, which enhances the drink's aesthetic appeal. Espresso differs from lattes, which contain more milk and less foam, in that the customary ratio is 1:1:1 for espresso, steamed milk, and foam.

The ideal combination of rich espresso, steamed milk, and foamy milk foam makes cappuccinos popular all around the world. The balance between the creamy sweetness of the milk and the bitterness of the espresso, as well as the smooth texture created by the foam, is the secret to a wonderful cappuccino.
