All of his former One Direction colleagues, including Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, and Niall Horan, came together for a poignant reunion at Liam Payne's funeral to pay tribute to their late comrade. Since their breakup in 2016, this was the first time the trio had appeared together in public. In a unified statement, the band members expressed their grief and celebrated Payne's legacy, and the burial, which took place in Amersham, England, featured heartfelt tributes and a solemn yet united face. Along with other celebrities including Simon Cowell and James Corden, Payne's current partner, Kate Cassidy, and his ex-girlfriend, Cheryl Tweedy, were also present. Authorities have charged three people in connection with Payne's death, which was allegedly caused by fall injuries he sustained in Argentina. The burialhighlighted Payne's intimate bonds with his bandmates and the music business as a whole.
