Miami is now second in the AFC East, ahead of the Jets and Patriots, despite playing in a difficult division. Although they still face a difficult road to the postseason, their chances of qualifying have significantly improved from previous predictions, with an 18.5% likelihood today. With important divisional games against lower-ranked teams like the Jets and Patriots, the Dolphins' remaining schedule is comparatively advantageous. Miami now has an opportunity to remain in the running for a wild-card place, particularly with a weaker opponents' schedule in contrast to some of their AFC rivals
