Dallas managed the game and continued their early-season success thanks in large part to Washington's development and timely shooting.


The Minnesota Timberwolves lost to the Dallas Mavericks 120-114 on October 29, 2024. The Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards scored 37 points, while Kyrie Irving led the Mavericks with 35 points and five assists. Strong performances were put up by P.J. Washington, who made a substantial contribution with 17 points and 8 rebounds, and Luka Dončić, who added 24 points.
