 Hurricane Helene has wreaked havoc across the Southeast, leaving at least 64 people dead and millions without power. 

The storm made landfall in Florida as a Category 4, causing catastrophic flooding and extensive damage, especially in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. 

At the height of the storm, over 4 million customers experienced power outages. 

Emergency services have been actively conducting water rescues as numerous homes and roads remain submerged.
