This situation escalated after an altercation with her sister, Kyle Richards, who had previously allowed Kim to stay in her home. However, tensions rose when Kim returned to the property uninvited after the family had decided to distance themselves, hoping this would encourage her to seek help.

 Law enforcement was called, but since no restraining order was in place, the situation was deemed a civil matter.

Earlier in September, Kim was involved in another incident at a Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles, where she was found incoherent and had to be placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, allowing her to be evaluated for up to 72 hours.

 These events have sparked concern among fans, as Kim has a long history of battling addiction, a struggle that has been well-documented during her time on RHOBH.
