The Buckeyes scored early with a 30 -yard field goal and built a significant lead by halftime, going into the break at 24-7. 

Will Howard, the Ohio State quarterback, threw for a total of 244 yards and contributed to three touchdowns, showcasing the team's offensive strength.


Michigan State managed to score only once, a 12-yard touchdown pass from Aidan Chiles to Jaron Glover late in the second quarter. The Spartans struggled to keep up with Ohio State's potent offense, which racked up 452 total yards compared to Michigan State's 227. 

This victory improves Ohio State's record to 4-0, while Michigan State falls to 3-2.
